General Questions

Sinkto.Link is a powerful link management platform designed for teams and individuals who need to create, manage, and track short links. Our platform offers:

  • Simple URL shortening
  • Detailed click analytics
  • Team collaboration features
  • Custom domain support
  • Link expiration and password protection

Creating a short link with Sinkto.Link is easy:

  1. Sign in to your Sinkto.Link account
  2. Navigate to your dashboard
  3. Click the "Create Link" button
  4. Enter your long URL
  5. Customize your short link (optional)
  6. Click "Create"

Your new short link is ready to use instantly!

We offer both free and premium plans:

  • Free Plan: Basic link management for individuals

At this moment, we only offer a free plan.

Basic features are available to all users.

If we introduce premium features that require a paid plan in the future, we will notify all users in advance.

Team Collaboration

To invite team members to your Sinkto.Link workspace:

  1. Go to your team dashboard
  2. Click on "Team Settings"
  3. Select the "Members" tab
  4. Click "Invite Members"
  5. Enter email addresses and select role permissions
  6. Click "Send Invitations"

Team members will receive an email invitation to join your workspace.

Sinkto.Link offers three team roles with different permissions:

  • Owner: Full access to all features, and team management
  • Admin: Can manage links, view analytics, and add/remove members
  • Member: Can create and manage links assigned to them

Technical Questions

To set up a custom domain with Sinkto.Link (coming soon):

  1. Purchase a domain from a domain registrar
  2. In your Sinkto.Link dashboard, go to "Settings" → "Custom Domains"
  3. Click "Add Domain" and enter your domain
  4. Follow the DNS configuration instructions provided
  5. Wait for DNS propagation (may take up to 48 hours)
  6. Verify and activate your domain

Once verified, you can create short links using your custom domain.

Our analytics provide comprehensive insights for each link:

  • Total clicks and unique visitors
  • Geographic data (countries, cities)
  • Device and browser information
  • Referrer sources
  • Time-based click patterns
  • Custom UTM parameter tracking

Is this enough? If not, we will add more features to the paid plans.

Account Management

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Access your account settings by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting "Settings". From there, you can update your profile information, change your password, manage notification preferences, and update billing information.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to "Settings" → "Account"
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm by entering your password
  4. Click "Permanently Delete Account"

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data, including links and analytics, will be permanently deleted.
